Attorney F. Craig Wilkerson Jr.

Attorney F. Craig Wilkerson Jr. is a native of Rock Hill with over twenty-five years of experience as a civil litigator. With a background in civil, criminal, and domestic law, he now focuses primarily on civil litigation and personal injury. Craig is licensed in South Carolina, the U.S. District Court, and Georgia (inactive at this time).

Craig’s trial work is primarily in Common Pleas jury trials. He has also argued cases before the South Carolina Court of Appeals and South Carolina Supreme Court. While serving in the Marine Corps as a JAG officer, he reached the rank of Captain and served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney and prosecutor. Craig is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and the University of South Carolina School of Law. He follows in the footsteps of his father, attorney Forrest Wilkerson, who has practiced in York County for more than 45 years.

Craig has five children with whom he frequently goes hiking fishing and hunting. He resides in Rock Hill and is a member of the Church of Good Shepherd Episcopal Church.

Attorney Justin Jones

  • Practices exclusively in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on Personal Injury law. Typical clients include those injured from car and motorcycle accidents, dog bites, and serious falls. Justin is also experienced in insurance disputes such as fire claims and bad faith.

Justin Jones is a lifelong resident of South Carolina and has lived most of his life in Lancaster County. He currently resides in Indian Land, South Carolina, with his wife, Kiswuana, and their three children Eli, Price, and Jonah. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina in 2010, and his law degree in 2013, also from the University of South Carolina.

After law school, Justin worked at the Public Defender’s offices in Lancaster and Chester Counties. While there, he spent time as a member of the Lancaster and Chester County Disabilities and Special Needs Board. Justin was also a staff attorney at the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs before joining Craig Wilkerson’s office. Since joining the office, Justin has been fortunate enough to be recognized as one of The National Top 40 under 40 Black Lawyers, as well as a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.  When he’s not coaching the boys’ teams, he enjoys Gamecock football and being outdoors. Attorney Forrest Wilkerson

  • Practices exclusively in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on Personal Injury law.

Forrest primarily practices civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury law, as well as, worker’s compensation. Forrest Wilkerson joined the firm in August 2020. He earned his law degree from the Charleston School of Law. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and earned 6 CALI awards in Contracts 1 & 2, Property 1 & 2, Civil Procedure, and Torts. Forrest graduated Magan Cum Laude from the Citadel with a B.S. in Biology. Forrest is a lifelong resident of South Carolina and has returned to his hometown in York County after obtaining his education in Charleston.

Prior to law school, Forrest worked in the pharmaceutical industry as a regional sales manager. During law school, he clerked for several respected litigation firms to better his understanding of the practice of law. He earned 7 CALI awards from Charleston School of Law and was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board. Stroud Baker

Stroud has a background in criminal law, but primarily practices civil litigation. He joined the firm in March of 2023. Stroud is a lifelong resident of South Carolina, and has spent most of his life in York County. He currently resides in Rock Hill. He received an undergraduate degree in Economics and Spanish from Clemson University in 2017. In 2020, Stroud received his law degree from the University of Georgia. During his time at the University of Georgia, Stroud worked as a student-attorney in the Community Health Law Partnership Clinic, which offered free legal services to noncitizens in the local Athens, GA area.

After law school, Stroud clerked for the Honorable Daniel D. Hall of the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit. Following his clerkship, Stroud worked at the Public Defender’s office in York County. While working as a public defender, Stroud represented hundreds of clients for charges ranging from Driving Under the Influence to Attempted Murder. In addition to this diverse background of legal experience, Stroud is also a Spanish-speaker. He first began developing his ability to speak Spanish as a student at Clemson, and Stroud continued to improve on his Spanish-speaking skills during and after law school. His ability to speak Spanish led to Stroud representing nearly every new Spanish-speaking client during his time at the York County Public Defender’s Office.
